Teenage Engineering launches a new version of its first product, the OP-1
You don't have to be a musician or a synthesizer geek to appreciate the design of Teenage Engineering's OP-1. In 2011, the synth grabbed everyone's attention with its Braun-like design that looked like nothing else on the market and it still stands out a decade later. This week, the company introduced a new and improved version called the OP-1 field, which offers 100 new features such as a thinner profile, upgraded speakers, a new stereo sample engine, new recording formats, 24 hours of battery life, an all-glass high-res display, fm broadcasting, and so much more.
