Technics SL-1200GR

It's looking like vinyl is here to stay and playing them on a Technics turntable has always been one of the best ways to enjoy your LPs. The resurrected company is releasing a new direct-drive turntable called the SL-1200GR and it takes some of the best technology from its flagship sibling, the SL-1200G.

The SL-1200G gets a new coreless direct-drive motor, precision motor control technology, and a platter with two-layer construction that uses deadening rubber to reduce resonance and enhance audio clarity. It also features high sensitivity tonearm that is assembled and adjusted by artisans in Japan and metal shielded construction keeps noise to a minimum.
