Sony unveils its new flagship Xperia 1 III smartphone with a 4K HDR OLED display and a camera system developed in collaboration with the same engineers who built their high-performance Alpha 9 series camera. The ultra high-resolution 6.5" display has a 21:9 CinemaWide display that lets you view movies without any notches or "hole punch" cameras getting in the way. It has also been tuned to deliver a reference-quality image so you can watch both TV shows and movies the way the creators intended.
The four-lens camera system features a dedicated shutter button and a 16mm F2.2 12MP lens, a 24mm F1.7 12MP lens, a 3D iTOF sensor, and a 70mm/105mm 12MP lens with F2.3 and F2.8 apertures. Additional features include a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage with microSDXC support, a 4500mAh battery, wireless charging, a 3.5mm headphone jack Dual SIM (nanoSIM) support, and IPX5/IPX8/IP6X dust and water resistance.
