Sony PlayStation VR2

Sony has revealed the official design of its upcoming VR2 headset with a circular, orb-like shape that's inspired by the immersive worlds in VR content. The redesign placed a lot of focus on ergonomics to enhance comfort on a variety of head sizes and it's both slimmer and lighter. It also features a new built-in motor for headset feedback and a new vent design that improves airflow to reduce lens fogging. As for specs, the headset features a 4K HDR, 110-degree field of view with OLED displays that have a resolution of 2000x2040 per eye and frame rates of 90/120Hz. There's also a set of integrated cameras for controller tracking, new sensory features, and eye tracking.

A release date for the PlayStation VR2 has yet to be announced.
