The new camera brings versatility with a 50.1MP sensor and 8K video.
Sony introduces its new flagship mirrorless camera, the Alpha 1. The new camera features a 50.1MP full-frame Exmor RS CMOS sensor with a large memory buffer that allows for 155 compressed RAW images or 165 JPEGs at up to 30fps. The camera also features their next-generation BIONZ XR image processing engine, a 9.44 million-dot OLED EVF with a 240 fps refresh rate, 8K video capability at 30fps, flicker-free electronic and mechanical shutters, flash sync up to 1/400s, and 5-axis optical in-body stabilization.
