Sonos is upgrading its compact Beam soundbar with a second-generation model that features support for Dolby Atmos. The speaker has been upgraded with more processing power, new phased speaker arrays, and it now has support for HDMI eARC. Later this year, Beam will enable support for High Definition audio through Amazon Music, which will offer lossless audio at up to 24-bit/48kHz and Dolby Atmos Music, which brings a new immersive listening experience to your songs.
The new Beam will be available on October 5th.
