RED Komodo Camera

Up until now, customers wanting to build a RED had to pay almost $15,000 for a camera body but that has all changed with their new 6K Komodo. Packed inside a compact cube-shaped body, Komodo is the company's lowest-priced model yet featuring a Super 35 6K sensor and Canon's trusty RF mount. The camera shoots in Red's Redcode RAW code with ProRes 4K, 2K, and HD compatibility. It also features a CFAST 2.0 memory card slot, an integrated high-resolution touchscreen, dual battery slots, a global shutter, a maximum ISO of 12800, and an SDI output.

Komodo hasn't been "officially" released though RED President Jarred Land is adding interested customers to a pre-order list via his email address: jarred @ red.com.
