Apple has announced that all of its iPhone 12 models will not be packing a wall charger. The idea is that customers have enough of these chargers laying around so why not reduce the e-waste created by another charger that won't be used. While this probably won't be an issue with customers who buy the standard iPhone 12, as it includes a standard Lightning to USB-A adapter, new iPhone 12 Pro owners will be left with a USB C cable, and USB C power adapters aren't exactly ubiquitous yet. If you don't have a USB C charger, one of our favorite options is this 30W charger from RAVPower.
The charger uses GaN technology to keep the size compact and cooler while also offering more power in a smaller package. This 30W model is perfect for both the iPhone 12 Pro and Pro Max, the standard iPhone 12 and 12 Mini, the new MagSafe charger, and it's more than enough power to charge an iPad at optimal speeds. They've also marked them down to $13 with the code GET120 at checkout so you'll probably want to grab a couple of these to keep around the house.
