One of the biggest issues with smartwatches have always centered around their battery capacity, it's a problem that's plagued most of the models on the market and it's widely rumored to be one of the biggest annoyances Apple is dealing with for the Apple Watch. Enter Pebble. The company is expanding its collection with its first color timepiece that utilizes an always-on e-ink screen.

Funded in just minutes, the Pebble Time boasts a week of battery life and is fully compatible with the existing library of Pebble apps. It also features a built-in mic so you can respond to incoming messages. The case features a steel bezel, a Gorilla Glass lens, water resistance, and compatibility with both Android and iOS devices.

Available now for $179, more information at Pebble's Kickstarter page
