Motorola brings back the iconic razr as a foldable Android smartphone
The razr is coming back next year and it's being resurrected as a foldable Android smartphone. The new model retains that familiar flip-phone design and it even has the same thickness as the original model. With the help of their parent company, Lenovo, Motorola created a zero-gap hinge that allows the phone to close with both sides completely flush, a useful feature that also adds much-needed protection to the main display. Once open, the phone reveals a 6.2" pOLED display and it's complemented by an external Quick View 2.7" gOLED display when closed. The phone will be powered by Android 9 and features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-ctore 2.2GHz processor, 6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a 2510 mAh battery, 15W charging, and a 16MP rear camera with a 5MP front camera.
The all-new razr will be available in January 2020.
