So you've decided you don't need all the bells and whistles, but you do need a phone that can get you on the web and support the two or three apps you can't live without. That's where the Moto E comes in. Motorola has just released the second generation model and just like the previous model it offers a whole lot of bang for the buck.
The phone now comes in both 3G and 4G LTE variants and will be powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 in the 3G model and a more powerful 1.2GHz Snapdragon 410 in the 4G model. You also get 8GBs of storage, a 4.5" Gorilla Glass-covered display, a 2390 mAh battery, a 5 MP camera, and the latest Android Lollipop OS.
The 4G LTE model (3G coming soon) will cost $149 unlocked and is now available at motorola.com.
