What was once one of the most popular lenses in the world is getting a new lease on life with the help of Kickstarter. After successfully relaunching the Trioplan with their 100mm model, the company follows it up with a great little portrait lens, the Trioplan 50. The new version of the lens updates it with modern materials while keeping its ultra-compact body. They've even added a front focus element for macro photography and as you'll see in the image below it can achieve stunning clarity with beautiful globs of bokeh.
