Leica launches its first smartphone, the Leitz 1
After years of putting their camera tech into a number of smartphones, Leica is finally launching a smartphone of its own with the Leitz 1. The phone's design is sleek and minimal like its cameras and of course, it's got some serious camera technology with a 20MP 1-inch sensor, which is currently the largest of any phone on the market. This is coupled with a 19mm f/1.9 ultrawide lens and there's a 12.6MP selfie camera on the front. Other details include a 6.6" IGZO OLED display with 2730x1260 resolution, a 240Hz refresh rate, a Snapdragon 888 processor, 12GB of RAM, 256GB of storage, a microSD slot, and a 5,000mAh battery.
