Apple announces the official release date for the iMac Pro
Apple is ending the year with its last new product of 2017, the iMac Pro. Available on December 14th, the all-in-one will be the most powerful computer in their lineup with workstation-class Xeon processors. Just how much power can you spec the new iMac Pro with? For starters, the computer comes loaded with an 8-Core Xeon Processor and can be spec'd all the way up to an 18-core CPU.
It also feature their top-of-the-line 5K resolution 27" Retina display, up to 128GB of RAM, up to 4TB of SSD storage, Radeon Vega graphics with up to 16GB of HBM2 memory, and a slick Space Grey finish that also extends to the keyboard and mice. And yes, you won't have to use a hub to get regular ports. It will have SD, USB, USB-C, Gigabit Ethernet, and a headphone port.
