HP's answer to last year's ultra-thin MacBook 12" takes their laptops to new levels of thin-ness with the HP Spectre. The laptop features a CNC-machined aluminum body that is just 10.4 mm thin, making this the thinnest laptop in the world. It also weighs just 2.45 lbs and if you were wondering what compromises they've made, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
Unlike the criticized use of the underpowered Core M processor in the MacBook, HP was able to equip the laptop with either a Core i5 or i7 processor. It also features sound by Bang & Olufsen, a 1080p screen 13.3" screen IPS screen, 9 hours of battery life, up to 512GB of SSD storage, three USB-C ports (two are Thunderbolt compatible), and up to 8GB of RAM.
