DJI is launching a new Smart Controller for its Mavic 2 drones that allows users to get in the air quicker and eliminates the need for your setting up your smartphone with a controller accessory. The Smart Controller will feature a built-in screen that is designed to work well in all conditions as well as direct sunlight with its bright 5.5-inch 1000 cd/m2 display. It also features reliable transmission at up to 5 miles and battery life is rated at about 2.5 hours.
