DJI's Mavic Air 2 gets more resolution, more battery life, and even more distance

The updated camera brings 4K video at 60 fps and 48MP stills.

DJI just launched its Mavic Air 2 and the new drone brings the perfect combination of size and performance. Though the new model is slightly bigger than the original Mavic Air what it brings with it is a big jump in battery life with 34 minutes of flight time, a maximum speed of 42 mph, 4K video resolution at 60 fps, and huge 48 MP stills. It can also travel further out with a maximum flight distance of 11 miles and you also get a 3-axis motorized gimbal, 1/2" CMOS size sensor, forward, backward, and downward obstacle detection, 1080p video transmission at up to 6.2 miles, and an 8K Hyperlapse mode.
