Fitting a 13" display in the size of an 11" frame, the new XPS 13 for 2018 gets 30% thinner than the previous model and now weighs just 2.67 lbs. The new version is built out of a mix of aluminum, carbon fiber, woven glass fiber, and Corning Gorilla 4 in the display. It will also be built using GORE Thermal Insulation to help get things cooler, which will help increase performance.

When it comes to specs, the XPS 13 will pack the latest 8th generation Intel processors, an Infinity Edge display with some of the thinnest bezels on a laptop, SSD storage up to 1TB, up to 16GB of RAM, Thunderbolt Type-C ports, and up to 19 hours of battery life on a single charge.
