With Sony's RX100 series receiving heaps of praise with every new version, Canon hopes steal the spotlight with a compact, large-sensor camera of its own, the G5 X. The camera is built around a 20.2 Megapixel 1" sensor that is matched with an optical zoom lens that has a 35mm equivalent focal length of 24–100mm, which is pretty versatile for most shooting situations. You've also got a 2.36 million dot electronic viewfinder, a low-light friendly f/1.8 lens, and a multi-angle LCD.
