Canon EOS M

Amid a deluge of leaks, Canon's EOS M ($800), their first mirrorless camera, has officially surfaced and its one impressive piece of hardware. Before you go worrying that this is Canon's answer to the Nikon V1/J1, you'll be happy to know that they've packed in a DSLR-comparable 18 Megapixel APS-C sensor. The camera will also feature a 3.0 inch smudge-resistant touchscreen, ISO 100-12800, and 4.3 fps continuous shooting. As for glass, the camera uses Canon's new M-Mount which launches with two lens options: a 22mm pancake and an 18-55mm zoom. For you Canon snobs, the company wil also offer an adapter ($200) to use with all your existing EF/EF-S lenses. Link
