What's the Windows alternative to the MacBook Pro? Well, it looks like Asus may have the definitive answer. Their new ZenBook Pro UX501 is a monster of a machine running Windows 8.1 inside a gleaming brushed metal case and an optional ultra high definition 4K display with more pixels than you could possibly ever need...well, until 8K laptops come out.

The UX501 is powered by a Core i7 processor, a 15" IPS display, up to 16GB of RAM, up to 512GB PCIe x4 SSD storage, 2x2 802.11ac Wi-Fi, NVIDIA GTX 960M with 2GB of RAM, and built-in Bang & Olufsen ICEPower audio.
