Apple made quite a few hardware announcements today at its Spring Loaded event with the introduction of new iMacs, iPad Pros, AirTags, a new Apple TV, and a new iPhone color. The biggest reveal today was the all-new iMac (from $1,299), which is now powered by their M1 processor and features a new range of colors and a thin form factor. The M1 iMac features a 24" 4.5K Retina Display, an upgraded 1080p FaceTime HD camera, a six-speaker sound system, and they've even color-matched the mice and keyboards.

The iPad Pro becomes even more powerful with the tablet getting an upgrade to the M1 processor. The new iPad Pro (from $799) will also receive a display upgrade in the 12.9" model with mini-LED technology that offers up to 1000 nits of full-screen brightness, 1600 nits of peak brightness (HDR), and a 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio. The new iPad Pro also features a camera with Center Stage, a feature that utilizes an ultra wide lens and machine learning technology to automatically pan to keep users in the frame. It will also be available in an 11" model that has all the same features except the Liquid Retina XDR display.

Apple upgraded the Apple TV 4K (from $179) with power of the A12 Bionic processor a new Siri Remote with a touch-enabled clickpad and a much-requested power button. The A12 Bionic chip allows for support of high frame rate HDR and Dolby Vision video and they also added a new color balance feature that uses your iPhone to perfectly tune your TV to the industry-standard specifications used by cinematographers all over the world.

If you've ever used the Find My app then you know how useful it can be to find your devices. Apple is taking that one step further with AirTag ($29 for one), a new tracking device that can easily attach to items like keys or a wallet. AirTag features a standard battery that is easily replaceable, water resistance, and it can be personalized with your initials or even an emoji.

The iPhone 12 also got a surprising update with a new purple colorway for the iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 mini. The phones have all the same specs as the current models with its 5G connectivity, A14 Bionic processor, Super Retina XDR OLED display, and a Ceramic Shield front cover.

The new iMac, iPad Pro, and Apple TV will be available for pre-order on April 30th and will ship in the second half of May. The AirTags and the purple iPhone 12 will be available on April 23rd.
