Apple revealed an all-new iPad Mini (right - from $499) with a new redesign that features an edge-to-edge 8.3-inch Liquid Retina display. The new Mini is powered by an A15 Bionic chip and it comes with a 12MP f/1.8 rear camera with True Tone flash, 4K video recording, a 12MP Ultra Wide front camera with Center Stage, landscape stereo speakers, and it's compatible with the second-gen Apple Pencil.
The company also revealed an all-new iPad (from $329) with an A13 Bionic chip, bringing a big boost in performance to their entry-level model. It will also feature a 10.2-inch display with True Tone, USB-C charging, an 8MP rear camera, and it starts at 64GB of storage.
The rumored flat case design of the new Apple Watch did not come to fruition, however, the new Series 7 was revealed with a refined case design and a larger display with thinner bezels. Available in 41mm and 45mm, the new watch has a redesigned front crystal that is more crack resistant and it's now IP6X dust-resistance on top of having a water resistance rating of WR50. The new watch also features 33% faster charging and five brand-new aluminum case finishes.
The iPhone 13 arrives with a new A15 Bionic chip, a new and improved camera system, and brighter displays. The new A15 Bionic allows for an improved battery life of two and a half more hours than the iPhone 12 while the iPhone 13 mini gets an hour and a half more than the iPhone 12 mini. The cameras get a big upgrade with a new dual-camera system that takes in more light for improved low-light photography and movie-style video shooting with a Cinematic mode that comes with rack focusing.
For the iPhone 13 Pro and Pro Max models (from $999), the display gets a ProMotion upgrade with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a brighter display while still improving battery life. The entire camera system gets fully upgraded with a new Wide camera that has a larger sensor and a larger f/1.5 aperture, a new Ultra Wide with a wider f/1.8 aperture and new autofocus system, and a new 77mm Telephoto camera with macro shooting capability. On the video side, the phone also has ProRes support and Cinematic mode, which also records in Dolby Vision HDR.
