Apple made some a handful of updates to its product line today and at the top of the list is a brand new iPhone 7 in a new Product (RED) colorway. The phone will be available this Friday and proceeds from each device will support the Global Fund to help fight AIDS. The iPhone SE model will also get a big bump in storage with a new 128GB model.
New Apple Watch Straps
Apple adds another round of options with a seasonal update to its watch band collection. New to the line are additions to the Hermes collection, new Sport Band and Woven Nylon colorways, and Nike's own Sport Band colorways will now be sold separately.
New (and more affordable) 9.7" iPads
Apple is bringing back the standard iPad, replacing the iPad Air 2 with more power from an A9 processor and its lowest price ever. Now starting at $329, the new 9.7" model will be available in 32GB and 128GB sizes and a choice of Silver, Space Grey, or Gold.
Apple is also previewing an upcoming app called "Clips", which is best described as an express version of iMovie with a little Instagram thrown in. The app makes it easy to combine clips, which you can then add titles, filters, and more and then share it to Messages or your favorite social network. Clips will be available for free this April.
