Amazon launches its first wireless earbuds with a little help from Bose

The company's first true wireless earbuds feature Alexa and Bose Active Noise Reduction.

Amazon is getting into the wireless earbud market with its new Echo Buds that feature audio technology from Bose. The Echo branding should give you a big clue of the functionality of the earbuds as they have Alexa technology built right in, allowing users to control their music with your voice without ever pressing a button. The buds also still allow for Siri and Google Assistant support and Bose Active Noise Reduction helps to quiet your surrounds and also has a handy Passthrough mode so you can hear your surroundings when you double tap the earbuds.
