Shinola might be grabbing all the attention when it comes to American watchmaking, but there's one brand you really need to keep on your radar and that's Weiss of Los Angeles, CA. The brand has been building its Field Watches out of their LA studio and is currently the only company creating their own cases and dials in the United States and the movement, though comprised of Swiss parts, is finished here in America.

Weiss has got a new version of their Field Watch and we simply can't take our eyes off of it. Their Dark Blue timepiece takes that classically-inspired dial and gives it a navy blue face with cream-colored markers and the strap is made from none other than Horween Shell Cordovan. Each piece is individually numbered and limited to 100 pieces.
