Vollebak's new puffer is made from one of the toughest materials on the planet
The outerwear company is using Dyneema for their new down jacket.
Puffer jackets aren't exactly the most durable pieces in the technical outerwear space but Vollebak wants to change that with a piece with a down jacket made from Dyneema. Used in body armor and industrial applications, the material is incredibly durable, slash-proof, and is rated to keep you warm at extreme temperatures. And we're talking -40 Fahrenheit extreme. The jacket features 600+ fill power that uses insulation made from recycled plastic bottles, Cordura accents, a full lining, and two-way front zippers.
