Italian micro-brand Unimatic has been getting a lot of attention from watch enthusiasts for its modern yet minimal take on the dive watch aesthetic. The watches are made in small runs and if you're looking for something a bit more special than the usual fare, this definitely should be on high on your list. The company recently released a collaboration with retailer Luis Via Roma, who took their Modello Uno and finished it in an all-blue colorway with a silver case.
Made in Italy, the watch features a 40mm case with a mono-directional 41.5mm bezel. A 2.5mm thick double-domed sapphire crystal sits above the blue and white dial, which is illuminated by C1 Superluminova. The movement comes via Japan from Seiko and is an automatic with a 41 hour power reserve and it also has anti-magnetic protection.
The watch is limited to 50 pieces and is exclusive to LUISVIAROMA.
