Tudor and the Marine nationale collaborate on a new dive watch, the Pelagos FXD
Continuing a relationship that began in 1956, Tudor and the Marine nationale team up once again with an all-new dive watch, the Pelagos FXD. Designed with the help of the French Navy's combat swimmers, the 42mm watch features fixed strap bars that are machined from a single block of titanium for enhanced reliability. The watch also features a 120-notch rotating bezel with a ceramic insert that is also coated in X1 Super-LumiNova, which is also applied to the hour markers and "Snowflake" hands. The watch is powered by Tudor's COSC-certified MT5602 in-house automatic movement, which has a silicon balance spring and a 70-hour power reserve.
