Tornek-Rayville is back with a watch inspired by the highly sought-after TR-900
Tornek-Rayville has returned to the watch world with a new model that is directly inspired by the legendary TR-900. Now in the hands of respected watchmaker, Bill Yao of Mk II, the new TR-660 captures the spirit and styling of the original 1963 military issue timepiece while making it more rugged and reliable than ever before. The TR-660 features a 40mm bead-blasted stainless steel case, double domed sapphire crystal with anti-reflective coating, Arclite Super LumiNova-coated hands and indexes, and a SII NE15 automatic movement with a 50-hour power reserve. The watch will come with three straps: a Nytex Type I-M2 nylon strap, a natural rubber dive strap, and a black MODSpec NATO strap.
Though pre-orders are now sold out, the company hopes to have non-preorders available the end of this year.
