Timex releases a mechanical version of the MK1
The watch is based on the Camper model from the 1980s.
Timex is launching a new version of the MK1 and this time around they've swapped out the battery-powered Quartz movement for a hand-wound mechanical movement. Everything else on the watch has been kept intact, from its classically-sized 36mm stainless steel case to its timeless military-inspired design language that builds on the Camper design from the 1980s. The watch also features a striped 18mm quick-release canvas strap, 30M water resistance, and a $185 price point that's hard to ignore.
