Stone Island's new bag with Porter are more than just a blacked-out version of the Japanese bagmaker's popular styles. Stone Island is using a special fabric that is packed with thousands of glass microspheres, but what's really cool is that they've covered the material in an opaque black coating that reveals the reflective material when hit with a flash photography. The black coat will wear out over time and each wearer will create a unique patina with some bags showing a brighter reflection and some remaining a bit more subtle.
