Stone Island creates a jacket using thermosensitive leather
The jacket uses Dyneema bonded leather.
Always one to experiment with the latest fabrics, Stone Island debuts a new jacket made from Dyneema bonded leather. The leather is the end result of a partnership between Ecco Leather and Dyneema, which receives a coating of thermosensitive agents with pigment molecules that wrapped in resin that change their appearance once the temperature decreases. The end result is a jacket that with a surface that gradually transitions into a darker shade.
