
Shinola introduces the Mackinac sailing watch
The watch features the brand's first regatta timer.
Named after the Mackinac Boat Race, which was started by the Bayview Yacht Club in Shinola's hometown of Detroit in 1925, the Mackinac is the brand's first watch to feature a regatta timer for boat racing. Wrapped in a square 40mm case with brushed and polished surfaces, the watch features a colorful dial with a yellow rubber strap. Powering the watch is an Sellita SW511.bhc Elaboré grade automatic movement with a custom bespoke black rhodium-plated rotor and a power reserve of 56 hours.
