Seiko brings back a Giugiaro-designed Prospex dive watch
The watch recalls an original design from the '80s.
Seiko has been pretty busy with the Giugiaro releases and this time they've brought back a dive watch design from their Prospex series. The watch is a reissue of a 1980s model, complete with the signature off-set styling that Giugiaro' Seikos are known for. The 43mm watch case is stainless steel with a plastic housing and movement is Seiko's in-house quartz with day and date functionality.
The watch will be available in gold or silver and is exclusive to Japan in a limited run of 2,000 pieces.
