Seiko releases a new 39mm version of its Astron travel watch
The new model ditches the chronograph for a three-hand dial.
If you've always coveted the Seiko Astron for its GPS-powered timekeeping ability but wished for a smaller case, the company has finally delivered with two new 39mm models. The watches feature a GPS solar movement that can automatically adjust your watch wherever you are in the world and it has a perpetual calendar that is accurate until February 28th, 2100. The watch's 39mm case features a tonneau shape that comes in stainless steel (left) with a ceramic bezel or a faceted case in titanium with a ceramic bezel.
