A few years after Seiko introduced their first dive watch in 1965, the Japanese watchmaker released one of the most robust dive-specific timepieces with their 6159. For 2015 Seiko honors its dive watch heritage with a 50th anniversary Marine Master.

Limited to just 1,000 pieces, the 50th Anniversary Marine Master SBDX012 will feature their 8L35 automatic movement, a 44mm stainless steel case, rotating bezel, and a 300m waterproof rating. No word yet on when this will hit the US, but with Seiko premium watches increasing in popularity in the States we can only imagine they will find their way to Seiko's New York flagship or via special request through your favorite Seiko dealer
