Red Wing Irish Setter Gold Russet Sequoia

Original released in 1950 and an instant hit for Red Wing, the Irish Setter silhouette was carefully recreated for the Japanese market a few years ago and now the boot is heading back to the states as part of their new Irish Setter Limited Series.

The boot, which is being released by Red Wing Heritage in a stunning "Gold Russet Sequoia" leather, echoes the details from the original design such as the embossed logo on the boot's inside quarter, backstay chain-stitching from a Puritan Stitch machine, mahogany and sage threading, and the original woven “Irish Setter” label. It will also be joined by the Pecos boot in the same Gold Russet Sequoia leather.

The boot will be available for a limited time at retailers such as Blends in Los Angeles, Todd Snyder in NY, and Unionmade in San Francisco.
