Joining the next-generation 649, Persol launches another restyled classic, the Cellor. The half-rim frame has been around since the '50s and has inspired a countless number of eyewear designs. For 2016, the spirit of the original silhouette remains and gets updated with two new designs. For the sunglass version, the frame takes on a rectangular look with a shorter lens and the optical model introduces a new and rounder "phantos" lens shape. Both frames are refreshed with a flattened nose bridges and feature premium acetate and metal construction.
