Ottomilla releases a new collection of acetate eyewear in collaboration with the help of Retrosuperfuture
Inspired by styles from the 1950s.
8000 Eyewear
Ottomilla expands from its collection of metal eyewear into a new range of acetates designed in collaboration with Retrosuperfuture. Comprised of five sunglasses and four optical frames, the 8000 / 22 / Collection 1 range is inspired by "heritage pieces from the 1950s – the visual language of Fellini’s cinema matched with New York’s bold energy." One of our pieces is the Bombardino (above) with its wide oval lenses from Zeiss that are housed in a chunky acetate frame.
Each frame will be produced in a limited run of 888 pieces and every frame is individually numbered.
