Options | Chelseas for Every Season
You can't deny the versatility of the Chelsea Boot. Not only is it the perfect all around boot for casual and dressier situations, but its signature elastic gore also makes it the perfect shoe for travel. We've collected four of our favorite boots this season for every taste and price point.
The Affordable Investment
Beckett Simonon's Bolton Chelsea ($219) is as luxury as it gets, but does it without the high price point. The hand-made boot features uppers that are made from full-grain, vegetable-tanned leather and resoleable Blake-stitch construction ensures years of usage.
The Crepe-soled Alternative
Common Projects isn't all about sneakers, the rest of their collection is just as good and their take on the Chelsea is definitely one of our favorites. Their Suede Chelsea Boots ($525) mixes it up with a crepe sole that gives it some desert boot flavor while the tonal upper gives us that minimalist Common Projects styling we all know and love.
The Benchmark
Anyone who's familiar with Viberg knows that the company can make one hell of a boot. Many of the company's fans were excited when they previewed the development of a Chelsea earlier this year and the end result was nothing short of impressive. The heavy-duty boot has a whole cut Chromexcel upper with a Dainite sole and Goodyear Welt Construction.
The Fashion-Forward Boot
Stone Island reimagines the style in a more modern form for their Commando Chelsea Boot ($329). The boot takes on a more military-inspired silhouette with rubberized soles and toe caps and an angular twist to the shape of the elastic panels.
