Optik Instruments launches their Horizon timepiece
The watch swaps hour and minute hands for an intuitively-designed time disc.
The sub-$500 watch category has seen some intense competition from the Apple Watch so it's taken some watch brands to get a bit more creative with their offerings. Enter the Optik Instruments Horizon, a beautifully-designed timepiece that swaps out the traditional hour hands and markers for a rotating, intuitively-designed time disc. Time is indicated by a red reference line that shows the hour and the individually-colored areas of the dial can be read as both daytime or nighttime hours.
Available this September.
