Oak Street's Indigo-dyed Trench Boots

Oak Street heads to Japan to update their boots with traditional indigo-dye process.

A pair of blue boots might not be at the top of your shopping list, but we have a feeling you'll be reaching for your wallet once you see this new pair of Trench Boots from Oak Street Bootmakers. The boots are a collaboration between the company and Jonathan Lukacek of The Bandanna Almanac who have updated the shoe in a stunning hue. 

The boots Rough-Out Horween Chromexcel leather upper is sent to the mountain village of Fujino in Japan where they are carefully indigo dyed at a 160 year-old silk farm house. 

The boots are finished with Dainite outsoles and heels, ideal for all-season wear and boot is built on an Elson last for comfort and strength.
