Montblanc is now offering an automatic movement inside their 1858 watches, which isn't huge news to most, but we just had to bring some attention back to one of the company's best looking designs. Inspired by the classic Minerva timepieces of the '20s and '30s, the watch perfectly captures those historic elements such with details such as fluted crowns, cathedral hands, and a railway track.

The movement is their MB 24.16 automatic with a 38 hour power reserve. That's housed inside a 44mm stainless steel case and is available on a Milanese bracelet or a leather strap that's crafted using an artisanal Sfumato painting technique at the Montblanc Pelletteria in Florence, Italy.
