Originally designed in 1962, the Max Bill Chronoscope for Junghans has gone mostly unchanged since its inception and this year the watch evolves into a new model for 2015. The new Chronoscope tweaks the dial design a bit by removing the seconds markers on the outside of the dial giving it a cleaner layout.
Signature details like the low profile case and the domed lens are kept fully intact and the watch gains a new day/date indication at 3 o'clock. Movement is a modified Valjoux 7750 automatic.
The watch will be available this May for 1,645 Euros (Approx. $1,860), more info at junghans.de.
