Longines revisits a 1938 model for its new Heritage release
Longines' Heritage collection debuts a new member of the family, an interpretation of an original model from the 1930s. The Longines Heritage Military 1938 echoes the styling of the era with its beveled case and "onion" crown. The dial features baton-style hands that rotate along a matte-black surface with cream-colored numerals, small seconds, and a railway-track outer ring. The 43mm stainless steel case houses a manually-wound mechanical movement with a 40-hour power reserve. Completing the watch is a patinated charcoal grey leather strap and a cognac NATO-style leather strap is also included.
The Longines Heritage Military 1938 is limited to 1,938 pieces.
