Before Stanley Kubrick became one of Hollywood's most famous directors, Kubrick made his living as a staff photographer for Look magazine. Inspired by the frames worn by Kubrick during his time at the magazine, the 1948 is a classic silhouette crafted from JMM's signature 10mm cured cellulose acetate. Available in both sun and optical renditions, the frames also features precious metal hardware, seven-barrel hinges, and special edition packaging with a black leather case,
