IWC releases a trio of ceramic chronographs inspired by US Navy squadrons
The watches are inspired by the Royal Maces, Tophatters, and the Blue Angels.
IWC has worked select squadrons of the U.S. military on a number of timepieces and now for the first time, the company is releasing these designs for civilians. Inspired by the Royal Maces, the Tophatters, and the Blue Angels, the watches are based on the Pilot's Watch Chronograph and each feature 44.5mm zirconium oxide ceramic cases with a Ceratanium crown and pushers. The watches are powered by the IWC-manufactured 69380 automatic movement, which has a power reserve of 46 hours.
