Previously and quickly sold out after an initial release of 50 watches, Instrmnt and Innis & Gunn return with another batch of their Project Ampersand timepieces. The watches are inspired by Innis & Gunn's flagship beer, The Original, which uses oak barrels for maturation. These processes inspire everything from the strap to the packaging and the case design with details such as a dial and case with a brushed finish that echoes the fermentation tanks used by the brewery. As for specs, the watch features a Swiss Ronda 585 3H movement, a 40mm case, sapphire glass, and a vegetable-tanned leather strap from Germany.
