Girard-Perregaux releases an Aston Martin F1 Edition of the Laureato Absolute Chronograph
For Girard-Perregaux's latest watch for Aston Martin, the company created a limited edition version of the Laureato Absolute Chronograph with a 44m case that is made out of carbon sourced from F1 race cars used in the 2021 season. The 44mm case blends titanium powder and carbon with a tinted resin to give the material a green hue. The innovative case is paired to an equally innovative strap, which blends FKM rubber and that same carbon from the F1 cars. The case surrounds an Aston Martin Racing Green dial with their signature cross-hatching motif and it's all powered by Girard-Perregaux's in-house GP03300-1058 automatic movement, which has a power reserve of 46 hours.
